Unlike some restaurants, at Delmonico we still cook every order one dish at a time. For this reason we encourage customers to customize and modify a dish to their exact liking – should they not see something in the menu that entices them.
Another option to keep things fresh and new is our chalkboard menu. Take a look around the room and see if any of the daily specials or chef’s surprise dishes interest you. Of course when in doubt, the thoughtful menu already put together by Chef Eddie is sure to keep you satisfied.
